Sixty-eight senators gave up our right to privacy without once consulting us, people they’re supposed to be working for. How dare they inflict their fear and insecurity on us without our permission? Where’s the public outcry? Doesn’t anyone out there care that their phones can be tapped and our computers tapped anytime the NSA feels like it?

We lived through the constant nuclear threat during the ’50s, ’60s and ’70s, a million times more threatening, A MILLION TIMES, and didn’t let it affect our way of life, but that was when people had courage and resiliency, not like todays pusillanimous pussies.

There are always real dangers out there, and illusions of dangers of what might be, could be, but we HAVE TO go on anyway because we are descendents of the brave men who fought and died for our freedom to live without government manipulation and intrusion.

It’s not about Bush, it’s about the media induced panic, taking political advantage, and the new breed of gullible people who can’t or won’t adapt to their illusions of fear.

ADAPT OR DIE.

All this “wiretapping” is not about tapping U.S. Citizens phones.

IT IS about tapping into calls made FROM known terrorists TO people in this country.

If YOU call Aunt Susie, who is on vacation in Europe, YOUR call is not “tapped”.
If Aunt Susie, is NOT a known terrorist, her call home IS NOT tapped.

This IS NOT about DOMESTIC wiretapping. It IS about calls origination FROM outside the U.S. FROM KNOWN TERRORISTS to people inside the U.S.

Now, if YOU have known terrorists calling to chat, YOU may have a problem.

Otherwise, your phone lines are safe and unmonitored.

Those are REAL WORLD FACTS, not political rhetoric designed to scare the poorly educated, public school indoctrinated amongst us.

How come all these scare tactics seem to come from the looney left anyway?
