I was appalled to learn that John McCain was the only senator who, two weeks ago chose to skip a crucial vote on the future of clean energy in America — dooming the measure to fail by just a single vote.
Now, I am even more appalled to learn that this is a pattern with Sen. McCain. On the League of Conservation Voters scorecard he received a 0 for missing the 15 most important environmental votes in 2007. McCain’s score of 0 is lower than members of Congress who died last year.
John McCain’s LCV score exposes the real record behind the rhetoric: a lifetime pattern of voting with polluters and special interests and ducking the important votes.

Thanks Wayne for the heads up. I have and will always be supportive of our troops well into their future. “I owe them” because I was too tall for the draft back then.
Who then for Pres.? Republicans giving up? That’s not how Ronnie did it!Since Bush has botched his chance to earn a spot on the top shelf as Reagan(Sean,Rush,Savage, etc), he will be religated to a lower rung as his father. Maybe he’ll have to pull a “3 ‘peat” as FDR. All the pieces are in place to be played! History tends to repeat itself.
Today news about the failures in Afganistan (controls only 30% of the country, drug production skyrocketing out of control, poorly supported……….) Are you implying Wayne that President Bush and and now another individual are holding lives of military personal and their families in low regaurds? That’s so unpatriotic! Let’s give a Bush a chance to get back at Obama, I mean a Clinton, I mean Osama - his original goal, 9-11.
