		<description>Chuck, have you ever tried to have a dance in a small 1500 sq ft area.  Don't be fooled the Seniors are getting the short end of the stick on this deal.  Besides the lower Valley Seniors are building a 7,000 sq ft Senior Center taht will be free to both seniors and tax payers.  So why would you want to pay higher taxes?  Vote No on A</description>
