I am dumbfounded that there are individuals that deem it not enough to just happily sit by apathetically absorbing their televisions while our government mires us deeper toward overall collapse but are so concerned about the speed of the destruction that they are willing to write in to complain about not having enough of their liberties and rights swindled away from them in the name of “security.”
Letter writer Frank Tranchina of Delta complains that the government should have complete access to all communication without the 4th Amendment guarantees of a warrant based on reasonable evidence. The congress just wisely allowed to sunset or expire a bill that allows just this.
If FISA isn’t “modernized” as the rejected bill claims it will do, our security people will still have the ability to monitor all international communication without a warrant and in emergency cases where monitoring the communication is immediately necessary will have the ability to do so. Don’t be tricked by the fear mongers, throwing away more of our bill of rights will not make us any safer.

Throwing away our bill of rights only make us more unsafe and controlable, some people are just very ignerit to the real truths and securities. Frank Tranchina hmmmm not sure what palnet your on but it’s not this one….. Sorry sir it might sound like a good idea until it affects you and you did nothing wrong but they use this against you……. Really think about what your agreeing upon people and think what if it was used against me, and it could be if you open this bag of worms. Don’t let the government change or take out anyhting in the bill of rights people…………………
