		<description>A rec center would be nice but not at this price.  Why should we pay $12,000,000 to $15,000,000 and then have to pay a users fee to use it? The Vail rec center loses over a $1,000,000 a year at their rec center and that city has a better tax base than Fruita.  I think the city is under estematint that our rec center will opperate at only a $344,000 deficit. Just wait if this passes we'll see a property tax increase to fund the deficit.
