They have already budgeted conservation and RE funding into their 2008 year, a new and exciting feature that many GVP customers have been calling for, and are adding a staffing position. The savings I insinuated earlier are probably inflated, however not nearly to the extent of pretentiousness Mr Wagner seems to want to delegate to himself.
