I have heard Western Colorado residents say that they love the game of baseball. After JUCO rolls around, many people complain about no more baseball. What I don’t get is we have an amazing baseball team that nobody goes to watch.

The Mesa State College baseball team is one of the best teams that Mesa has. They have amazing talent (one of their former pitchers is now pitching in the minor leagues for San Francisco.)

I think more people should show their support by going to their games. They are so much fun to go to, and the baseball is a lot better than that of JUCO. Thousands of people support JUCO, but don’t support the Mesa State baseball team. So shame on you, Mesa County.

This baseball team deserves your support and cheers. They always have such a good record, and go so much farther than any of Mesa’s other teams have gone. It isn’t that expensive to go, and is a good family outing! Please support them, it’s not fair to them.
