The news item regarding declining graduation rates for District 51 lists four different classes of nationalities, from Native-Americans to Hispanics.
Where on the list are the Caucasians, or aren’t they counted?

I was also wondering the same thing. The answer is 80.8%. That comes from the Colorado Dept of Education website.
