If I, as a parent, encouraged three or four of my children to beat up on another one of them, I would be arrested and probably lose custody of my children.
Now a teacher in Delta encourages 10 to 15 high schoolers to hit and punch one of their classmates because he was late to class, and he just has to resign? To do what, take a similar job in a different school system?
Brian Havel should be sitting in jail, charged with contributing to the delinquency of minors, and extreme child abuse and he should never be allowed to teach in a classroom again.
