		<description>Both Paula Anderson and Joan Woodward make excellent points about community involvement.  I would add that while the issues being looked at appear to be local to the Northwest and Orchard Mesa Study Areas, in fact the entire valley is going to be affected by the resulting growth.  I would therefore encourage all citizens of the valley who are interested in their futures to become active and make their wishes and concerns known to the City Council and County Commissioners.

The next time the sewer boundaries will be discussed will be on April 30, 5:30 PM, at the City Hall auditorium, so make your comments soon.
