I write this letter with a certain amount of trepidation considering the fact that stating any kind of opinion will usually result in a sometimes vicious and unsightly attack on the opinion giver. “I like potatoes.” “Potatoes, what’s wrong with peas?” the reply might go.
But to get to my opinion, where the hell are our leaders? Out of millions of citizens, thousand of politicians, where are the statesman? These are difficult times we live in, times that would make a strong person question where our country is heading.
I personally endorse no one candidate because, once again, the electorate is stuck with the question: Which candidate will do the least amount of damage?
I have no answers for all the many problems facing our country, but I do know i like them both, potatoes and peas.

Do the least damage? Criminy - the damage is already DONE, and will take more than a few miracles to undo the Bush damage. It’s more like, which candidate has the best triage skills since we’re supremely traumatized and bleeding rapidly from every part of the country.
