Jim Doody was on the City Council and as Mayor during a number of City fiascoes. They included the lack of investigation when the DEA accused the Fire Chief of being drug user, the flawed hiring process in replacing the Fire Chief, the tax payer funding of having a "friend" fly along with the City Manager when he went into rehab, and the elimination of a quality private ambulance service which was replaced by a taxpayer funded money loser. Why should we turn Doody lose on the taxpayers of the county? Has not he already done enough damage?
