John McCain is a flip-flopper. Take Martin Luther King Jr.: According to ABC News, when Congress voted to create a MLK Day, McCain voted against it. He voted against it at least two times. When a referendum in Arizona to create MLK Day passed, McCain said he was all for it.
When a bill that had provisions banning waterboarding came up for a vote, McCain voted against it. When it passed he supported the Bush veto. When asked about his stance, he said “… there should be additional techniques allowed … as long as they were not torture.” First he votes against a measure that bans torture, then he says he’s for it?
About the housing crisis, McCain said homeowners who want to avoid losing their homes need to find second jobs, skip vacations and manage their budgets. This from a man who owns six homes. Not exactly a flip-flop, but oh well.
McCain’s temper could really be a liability. He has shouted things like “F— you” to Senate colleagues, and you’re a “f— jerk!” or “only an a–hole” would do that. He once called a New Hampshire high school student a “little jerk” when he asked him a question about being 71 and running for president. All this is according to the Associated Press.
According to ABC News, lobbyists representing industries such as finance, telecommunications, technology and health care are helping raise campaign funds. He has 59 lobbyists raising money, more than any other presidential candidate.
McCain welcomes a pastor’s endorsement but doesn’t go along with what he says? This qualifies as a flip-flop.
The Sierra Club reports that, “At least two Congress members who died during the term outscored McCain” on environmental votes. McCain dodged a crucial vote on the future of clean energy by choosing to stay parked on the tarmac at Dulles Airport while two other senators dashed to the Capitol in time to vote. The measure failed by one vote.

McKainnedy flops a lot, but he’s a mere amateur compared to what our other choices seem to be.
And it is a sad state of affairs to need to rely on “yeah, but ours isn’t as crooked and dishonest as yours”.
We, as voters from both sides, really need to get a ‘none of the above’ on the ballot so we can truly express our choices we get shoved down our throats.

Republicans labeled Kerry a flip-flopper, so Democrats feel the need to label McCain a flip flopper. Republicans labeled Clinton a liar, so Democrats feel the the need to label Bush a liar. WHERE IS THE ORIGINALITY?

Bullishfrog, it’s called metooism.
It’s based on the theory that everybody is as corrupt as they are.
It’s like Cokie Roberts standing in front of a camera and stating that “everybody does it” while referring to Clintons sleeping with everything he can get close to.
Excuse me Cokie, but my circle of friends and acquaintances don’t, but apparently you and your acquaintances do, and why did you need to tell us that you are a little round in the heels?
I never could get her to interview me on national TV…. bummer dude!

Our group has been working for some time to install a well qualified candidate on the ballot for the presidency of the United States. We believe that our candidate represents the will of the people and virtually 100% of the voters agree. If successful in getting elected, Dewey will put an end to partisanship in Washington, DC. He will save the taxpayer millions. His very name strikes terror in special interest groups as well as the “pork is the other white meat” crowd. Please join us in our quest to draft
