DA should focus on real criminals

I’m upset!

The streets of Grand Junction are full of real criminals but the district attorney elects to muscle around Jerry Stehman and his employee, Richard Bacher, a former police chief. Jerry, a small businessman, and Richard are credits to the community and unwitting participants in an unfortunate accident. What will prosecuting them accomplish?

Don’t tell me about the Garfield County district attorney. In this matter, he doesn’t blink without our DA’s acquiescence. Pathetic!
