Ballot measure is honest and up-front with voters

Regarding the ballot measures to authorize five commissioners, I thought the incumbent commissioners did an outstanding job of developing the questions for the ballot.

The two Democrat candidates for the commissioner seats are opposed to the wording. Why? Because it is honest and up front with us voters?

Evidently those two are of the mind-set to deceive and keep their constituents in the dark on issues. Ever hear of open government philosophy, guys?
