We love Fruita. We moved to Fruita four years ago and strongly support the building of a new community center and library.

As residents of Fruita we would love more reasons to stay in Fruita. We resent interests in Grand Junction (that would rather have us travel there) funding a negative and deceptive campaign against the Fruita community center. The few items that we would buy in Fruita and pay the extra penny on would be more than offset by our fuel savings by staying in Fruita. Tourists that are attracted to our city for the same reasons that we are would pay a good share of the costs of our community center.

Please join us in voting a resounding “Yes” on 2C.
