In response to the letter referring to Club 20 taking a leadership role in the highway funding fight, I can assure all residents of the Western Slope that Club 20 is at the table in any discussion concerning the preservation, maintenance and enhancement of our transportation infrastructure that all of us use everyday.
Club 20 has sent a letter to our governor and state legislators stating that transportation is our No. 1 priority for the upcoming legislative session.
I encourage everyone with an interest in maintaining our crumbling transportation infrastructure to join Club 20 or call their legislators.

So, you are “at the table” and you “sent a letter”. Now those are two very productive stances.
How does Club 20 propose the funding needed to preserve, maintain and enhance our transportation infrastructure be raised? Leadership is not pointing out you preference for a problems list. Leadership is taking a position with a proposal of how to overcome the largest problem preventing a solutioon–funding. What is C-20’s proposal?
