On Rep. John Salazar’s Web site, he shows a national debt of almost $11 trillion. How can he continue to vote for reckless spending if he is so concerned about the debt?

Salazar opposed the irresponsible bailouts of President George W. Bush, yet he voted in lockstep with the reckless spending of President Obama. Is this because he has a “D” behind his name?
We support Salazar in Mesa County because he claimed to be an independent, fiscally responsible Democrat. But now he shows us the party trumps principle for him.

He even brags on his Web site about the earmarks he put in the omnibus bill. Stop the madness. Stop the spending!
