Many thanks to the Grand Mesa Nordic Council for another fantastic winter of groomed ski trails on Grand Mesa. With the snow still coming, the council will continue grooming the ski trails through April 12.

That means this year we have enjoyed almost five months of perfectly groomed trails on the mesa!

The Nordic Council is a volunteer, nonprofit group of local skiers who receive no public funding for their work grooming and maintaining many miles of ski trails on U.S. Forest Service lands. It costs the Nordic Council $75 to $90 per hour to run the expensive grooming equipment that keeps
the trails in perfect shape for skiing and skate skiing.

We rely on memberships and donations from the public to keep our ski trails in shape. Continue to enjoy the late season snow, and please help out the Grand Mesa Nordic Council today. Visit us at GMNC.org
