		<description>Indeed, the police officer should remember this the rest of his life. He was too busy looking at her sexy blouse to think. He made a life altering error in judgement and he should be blamed. If were for better judgement, that girl would still be alive. For her to possibly have gone to jail, she could have gotten help with her alcohol problem, if she had one, and she could speak at our schools and at seminars and possibly save another young life. What is the police officer going to say if he went to a seminar or to our schools: "Oooops, guys. It was just a hormone problem."</description>

		<description>maybe the reason the policeman did not notice alcohol on her was that she may have been a binge drinker, which is common among younger drinkers and did not yet start drinking, .  if her mother was drinking at her age instead of using that old lame excuse "I was drinking at her age how could I tell her not to" she should of sat down with her daughter and told her of the chaos that drinking causes at any age.</description>
