Voters of the 3rd Congressional District would do well to remember Rep John Salazar’s duplicity on the health care issue come next year’s election.

During the course of the debate these last several months, our representative ducked seemingly every inquiry into his position, steadfastly refused to hold a real town hall style meeting in Grand Junction, and strongly qualified his possible support for the controversial public option as recently as last week.

The double-dealing style Congressman Salazar has proven to be so deft at may be greatly appreciated in Nancy Pelosi’s office, but it does not serve the constituents of the 3rd District well.
